In the centre of Ertvelde, a neglected piece of land is being given a new purpose with a new residential project. This project includes 33 assistance dwellings, an underground car park and a multifunctional space surrounding an inner courtyard.

The community centre, which will be used as a multi-purpose space accessible to all residents, provides direct connection to the courtyard. This encourages social interaction between residents. There is space to relax and even to grow some vegetables and herbs.
