Ströer SE & Co. KGaA is a digital multi-channel media organisation that provides its customers with all-round solutions along the entire marketing and sales value creation chain. When designing the offices at Ströer News Publishing GmbH's site in Berlin, the focus was on the development of conference and recreation zones for the employees. Designfunktion from Bonn was responsible for the interior architecture. The rooms serve as newsrooms. Editorial content is delivered from here to Ströer media, desktops and mobiles throughout the whole of Germany. Products from the Rossoacoustic Pad R range and Nimbus Modul R Project luminaires give a spatial impression of the Cloud philosophy behind the digital information produced in the building. The various conference rooms and recreation zones are designed on the basis of different topics and were furnished with a great attention to detail: for example a cinema and a table tennis room were included in the spatial concept in addition to a ski cabin, a gym and a tree house. The result is a modern, contemporary and practical office environment.
