Bright rooms, comfort and elegance are the focus of this project. The draft proposes a maximum evaluation of the property in Apollogasse without having to sacrifice any architectural qualities.
The graduated building volume is organized around a green atrium, with a front six-story component in the south and a lower three-story structure to the neighbors at the north end of the building site.
Residential use and trade are combined in the house. The basement with 46 parking spaces houses the bicycle, storage and technical rooms. An open sales area with a suitable infrastructure takes up the ground floor. On the first floor there are varied rooms for office use with a view of the green inner courtyard and apartments on the south side.
In the front part of the building the residential units through to the attic apartments on the sixth floor are gradually being set back. While here predominantly south-facing B-apartments and only a few north-facing apartments are contained, there are two floors in the rear wing with exclusively inserted apartments. Housing units also has an open space. Due to their wide and bright individual open spaces, a particularly high room quality is achieved despite the clear functionality.
