Complete renovation of a 720-seat auditorium, the largest assembly space on Columbia’s Health Sciences campus. The school’s requirement was that the hall serve for lecture classes during the day and convert to a performing arts stage at night. This is achieved by a split stage on lifts, a 35 foot-wide chalkboard that drops on cables from the fly space, multi-mode lighting, and highly advanced A/V capabilities.
