Stacked villas surrounded by green and water
This housing project is realized on the “Achillesveld” within the urban quarter Poort in Almere. The situation creates a pivot point between the open green surroundings, public park spaces and adjacent waterways.

Compact villas with a square footage from 75 to 125 sqm are stapled around a central patio which was designed to be a private space, a calm oasis and social hub for residents.
