The main aim of this transformation of an old barn is to open up its two apartments towards the surrounding landscape. All the services, bath- and bedrooms form compact strips, between which generous live- and dining areas open up. The central bedroom can be flexibly attached to either of both apartments. The overall volume of the old barn remains unchanged and also the locally typical brick is reused.
