"die developer" and HPP Architects have been appointed to design and build L’Oréal Germany’s new headquarters in Düsseldorf. The 16-storey structure on the 24,000 m² GFA site on Kennedydamm is due to be completed by the end of 2017 and will be the new face of the former Ulanenkaserne in the Derendorf district. 800 employees will then be united in a single building. Thomas Geisel, Lord Mayer of Düsseldorf expressed his pleasure about the new project thus, “ L'Oréal Germany is one of the most important companies for the City. The new Headquarters will be a real eyecatcher and will further enrich the city.”
