The corner Friedrichstrasse/ Mohrenstrasse presents a new face. In the course of the energetically redevelopment, the facade of the office- and residential building was completely renewed, including high quality wooden windows and a new roof cladding. New retail spaces replace the former arcades. The complex was extended by a new building accomodating a Restaurant. The old and the new are internally connected and the facade opens up to the Mohrenstrasse , offering the restaurant guests an open view through large scale windows.
