On entering the hotel, the guests step into a stimulating, colourful world that is thrown into contrast with historical impressions.

As they proceed towards their rooms, past an impressive wall of wines, guests are led through a culinary landscape. The area is divided into different zones by warm-coloured wooden structures, each forming an island with a different culinary theme. The generous use of glazing leaves powerful impressions on the hotel's natural design world. Inspired by a rural tradition, the guest rooms feature simple, whitewashed walls - combined, however, with an exquisite bed which takes centre stage.
