The project is located in the heart of Brussels, in Rue de l’Ommegang 2, on the corner with Rue du Marais.
It is situated within a predominately business district where a large amount of activity takes place. The City 2, the galleries of Passage 44 and the busy commercial street of Rue Neuve.
The project will see the extension of Saint-Louis University and provide 142 student residences. The university will be able to host a range of events through the following facilities: a 650-seat auditorium (triplex), a duplex multi-purpose hall for 1017 people, a duplex library, as well as various offices and classrooms. The auditorium and the multi-purpose hall are connected. Such facilities are rarely
found alongside each other in the same building and this represents real added value for the university. From the student accommodation at the entrance on the corner of Rue du Marais and Ommegang, it is possible to access collective areas such as the lobby, cafeteria, the kitchen and relaxation areas.
Studios for people with limited mobility and the concierge are located on the ground floor, while the other studios and bedrooms are located on 3 floors, +5, +6, and +7.
